So it feels like forever since I've written a Lush post, which is quite wierd for me being the self-confessed lush junkie and all! They've recently brought out quite a few nw products including some intriguing jelly masks (whattt?!) and I couldn't resist getting a few things to test out.

First up, sorry for the little bit of a blog hiatus - I feel like I lost a bit of my blogging mojo for a while there, I've been super busy working, gardening and planning things for our bathroom and holiday - basically life got in the way! Anyways... I thought I'd share with you some face masks I've been loving recently and using to have a little bit of a pamper.

It feels like I've had a really busy week - I've been out doing something most nights and work has been pretty non-stop so having a day off today has felt much needed! I spent the morning cleaning and tidying and then I thought - you know what, I'm gonna have a relaxing bath and some much needed beauty related TLC.

I've been wanting to try one of Lush's famous face masks for such a long time, but the one thing that's been putting me off is the idea of storing them in the fridge and having to use them up so quick. I was a little worried that I would simply forget about it and be wasting my money. However, I didn't realise - the Mask of Magnaminty is one of Lush's self-preserving masks, meaning it has a longer shelf-life and can be stored at room temperature - win!

Last week Feel Unique had the most amazing offer on Groupon where you pay £15 to get a £25 voucher. Unfortunately this has now sold out, however when I was perusing the Feel Unique website deciding what to buy I came across this other great deal - the Radiant Skin Beauty Box. Because of the Groupon offer I only payed £25 for this (yay), however £35 is a pretty good deal (Feel Unique are also doing 10% off at the moment!).

So I'm off out tonight for what will probably turn into quite a few drinks, leading to me feeling slightly worse for wear tomorrow! This is where these two masks come in: helping me look far better on the outside than I feel on the inside.

Aesop is a brand which I've only just realised exists - can you believe it! It's a very popular Australian brand in the beauty blogger world and upon trying it I'm starting to realise why. The Parsley Seed range is one of the most popular and well known lines, and I opted to try out the Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque.

Recently I've been getting into face masks. I never used to like putting a mask on my face; because I have sensitive skin some were irritating, however after testing out various sample sizes I've become a convert.
