This little can of goodness has literally been my saviour over the past few days - I know lots of people are laughing at us English freaking out over the 'heatwave' but it has been really freakin hot this week!
The Avene Eau Thermale Spring Water is the perfect product to help you cool off (top tip: use it sitting in front of a fan for an extra cooling effect!), it's a water solution which can be sprayed on your face and body as a fine mist, giving a lovely cooling effect.
This isn't it's only purpose - it is also great for soothing any skin irritation you may have, including eczema, psoriasis, sunburn, insect bites, shaving rash and general discomfort. I also find it really great for setting make-up in place - you just spray a little on and wait a kinute or two for it to dry. It results in really dewy looking skin, especially if you've slightly over-powdered your face and want to get some of the glow back into your complexion. I find the cans to last a really long time (even the tiny travel one in my photo), and I love that Avene do a load of different sizes, with the smallest perfect for storing in your handbag and the largest perfect for if you're addicted the stuff (no prizes for guessing who owns this size!).
