I've been meaning to try out some products from The Ordinary for such a long time, and around a month ago, I finally got round to placing an order on their website ~ I was pretty excited, let me tell you! They've only been around for just over a year, and in that time they've had A LOTT of positive press, mainly because they use such amazing, high quality ingredients in their products, but at a much more budget friendly price point.

My Three Favourite Foundations For Dry Skin // Nars, Armani + Chanel

I have quite dry skin so finding a good foundation that doesn't dry it out further or enhance the appearance of any parched patches is something of a must. These three are all perfect foundations for me and are ones that I love to mix and match with, all depending on the shade and finish that I'm after.

TK Maxx Bargains // Stila

Believe it or not I've actually been pretty good lately when it comes to buying make-up for myself, but when I popped in to my local TK Maxx I couldn't resist getting a few Stila bits which were a little bit of a beauty bargain!

The Perfect No-Fuss Drugstore Base // Real Techniques, Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation + Concealer

Now I'm a little bit of a foundation junkie so when I saw that boots was doing any two Rimmel items for £10 I couldn't resist picking up this matching foundation and concealer duo. I initially just needed a new concealer (they didn't have my shade in my holy grail 17 stay time concealer waa!) but boy am I glad I picked up both as they just work so well together.

So I've actually re-purchased this foundation twice now - that's how much I love and wear it! I can't believe I've never blogged about it before to be honest.

Autumn Skin // Nars Sheer Glow Foundation

I've been meaning to write about this little gem for quite a while now, but with the clocks turning back and Autumn in full swing, now seems like the perfect moment. This is a much hyped product, but for good reason; it feels light on the skin and gives a good medium coverage (not sheer as the name suggests), as well as giving a subtle healthy glow.
